I am on holiday now, taking in the joy and simplicity of mall browsing in PA and cafe sitting in New York City. But I wanted to give credence to Harrison’s Cave as one of the most unique and spectacular excursions of my last itinerary.
Barbados, the most easterly island in the Caribbean, is the home of Harrison’s Cave. This magnificent, crystallized limestone cavern is said to be one of the wonders of the world. Its pure clear water and flowing streams helped to create the beautiful stalactites and stalagmites which propagate the cave. I was blown away by nature’s mastery as I journeyed through this living cave.
